Review : Snoe S Skin BB Vitamin E SPF 30

Hey everyone!

Don't you just love that our local beauty products are giving us these more affordable BB creams? I sure do! And I love trying each of them out!

I bought one from Snoe some months back and I use it often when I go to the gym (so that I still look a bit decent even if I'm sweating my butt off).

Here's my review on:
Snoe S Skin BB Vitamin E SPF 30
Shade I got is 1—the lightest one.
Bought it at Landmark, Trinoma for around Php 250.00.

Packaging is in tube form. I like it because it's easy to squeeze out the product. Design of the product looks good but the quality of printing isn't that nice. I also do not appreciate the way it was pasted on the tube.

Front and back of the product

Here are the product's info from the website:

Available in 3 shades.

Warning:

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if sighs of irritation occurs. Store at room temperature

Ingredients:

Water, Paraffinum, Liquidum, Glycerin, Titanium Dioxide, Vitamin E, Propylene Glycol, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Dimethicone, Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate, Yclopentasiloxane, Cetearyl Oxide, Yellow PPG-15 Stearyl Ether, Lazol Idinyl, Xanthan Gum, Iron Oxide, Red Tocopherol, Iron Oxide BlackFragranceDisodium EDTA

So here's what shade 1 looks like:

This BB Cream is quite thick and creamy.
At first I thought this would be hard to blend on my skin but as you can see on the photos above, it blends fairly well.

I think shade 1 is too light for me but I guess it can still work well on my skin since the coverage isn't that heavy. With a good setting powder, it can get evened out with my natural skin color easily.

My bare cheek

with the BB Cream on

It lessened the redness on my face. The finish is quite dewy... it actually gives a natural glow! It also doesn't make my face look greyish pale like other BB creams (mostly the Korean ones). I just apply concealer on my pimple marks and apply loose powder of my skin tone and voila!

I look like this! Looking quite fresh, huh?

This would have been great for me if it wasn't for my very oily skin. This BB is very moisturizing that it makes my skin oil faster. Since I get too oily, lasting power is quite short too. Especially when I get sweaty. I guess this is more suitable for those with dry, normal and combination skin.

LIKES:
Locally available... made in PH in fact!
Affordable at Php 249.00
Natural dewy finish
Scent is pleasant
Available in 3 shades—perfect for Pinay skin
Covered redness and some imperfections
Has SPF 30
Easy to blend

WHAT I DO NOT LIKE:
The way the label is pasted on the tube
Staying power isn't that long
I get too oily easily

That's all for my review on this BB Cream for Snoe. They have a different BB that I am thinking of trying out when I finish this tube off. If you have tried it, please do comment below if it is a must try! I would love to know what you think of it. :)

Update: I just learned from their FB Page that this BB Cream is phased out. This is replaced with their Wasabi BB Cream. :)

Cheers,
DAWN

  1. I sometimes prefer internationally made products cause I know how local brands were made sometimes, but this is a must try! Thanks for the review! :)

  3. I wanna try this too! Unfortunately I am not able to catch this BB cream in their trinoma stall for a while now. I should probably try their online store.
