February-March (2018) Haul

Hey everyone! 

Just got back from my vacation at Japan a couple of days ago. I'm still on a high because that was a 9-day long trip and I was able to see so many beautiful sights and ate delicious food. I'll share with you some of the details on a future post along with the beauty items I bought. :)

For today, I want to at least post something on the blog. So here's a haul post about the new items I bought for the past two months (I know I keep saying I need to stop but I will give up now because I know myself and I'm pretty sure I'll keep on buying something for the next coming months. Haha!). So here they are...

First is this Althea Box. I took advantage of their clearance sale and I bought items with huge discounts! Yay! I'll post the original price but I was able to buy all items at half off.

January (2018) Haul

Hey loves!

Sooo... I was honestly trying to save money for travels that I have lined up for 2018. Unfortunately, I miserably failed this first month of the year because I splurged on new things. Splurged. Haha! I blame the new year sales and the clearance/end of season sales that I bought more things than I initially planned. Ugh. BUT I do love everything I bought... it's just that I bought too much of the same thing/s. In short, most are excess. lol

Anyway, here are the items I bought:

October-November Haul (2017)

Hello dolls!

It's the Christmas season also known as another big shopping season. Haha! The traffic lately has been heck (doggo language much?)! So I'm sure that many will settle with online shopping. Why not? When all these amazing online shops are giving huge discounts on their items!

But for me, Christmas came quite early. I already bought SO MANY stuff during the past couple of season. Haha! On today's post, I'll show you what I bought and what's to come on future reviews. :)

Last November, the SephoraPH mobile app had this promo wherein when you buy some selected products amounting to 11k, you get 40% off. Okay... so it's pretty much too expensive for my budget, but 60% off is a big steal and I really like the products I got! ! I only paid PhP 4,640.00 for all the items seen on the photo above. Their regular prices sum up to PhP 11,600.00.

June-July (2015) Haul

Hey hey guys~!

I'm sooooo happy today because I was able to attend Bigbang's concert last Thursday night. The concert is a part of their MADE world tour. They sang really well live and... well, everything was perfect—the lights, the sound system, their voices, the audience singing with them, the funny conversations, everything!!! T.O.P was so cute when he said "Gusto mo ba?" which is the Filipino translation of the "You like?" statement that he loves to repeat nowadays. I also love his Piet Mondrian-inspired suit when he sang "Doom Dada." But even though my bias is still the gorgeous Tabi, I would have to say that Daesung took the gold as best Bigbang member of the night. His jokes, especially the "Nakikita niyo ba ako?" part was hilarious and his drum skills were the bomb! Anyway, I could go on with the fan girling but I would shut up now and just share with you the items I bought during the months of June and July. I didn't buy much makeup but I bet you'll find some of the items I bought interesting. :)

I also got some CLIO Nail Styler polishes and a Double Wear Hydrating CC-Dation from Singapore. My friend, Yuki, went there for a week vacation and asked her to buy me some products that aren't available in the Philippines yet. :P

And I also bought a few items from Daiso...

A set of post-its, some USB cables for my phone, Lace tapes, and...

THESE BOXES OF COTTON PUFFS! Lol Buy 3 sets (6 boxes) for only P188.00
Been buying these for more than a year and I love this promo! Lol

And I also bought this Pantene Color Revival Conditioner and a Mark Anthony Oil of Morocco Argan Oil Treatment when we were buying groceries at S & R.

Not in pictures were my BigBang lightstick purchase and... well, the concert ticket. LOL I was able to buy stuff during these months because of the mid year bonus. Haha!

And back to being poor again. I'll just daydream about the concert again. Oh T.O.P... :3

EOTD: Purply Bronzed and Smokey

Hey everyone,

It's getting hotter and hotter in the Philippines right now because it's summer so I'll be going for lighter colors for my face. But first, I want to do a colorful look one last time that's more of a spring look (though we don't really have spring here).

I just want to wear this fuchsia lipstick from Rimmel very badly. Haha! And so, I paired it with an equally striking eye makeup that is still fit for work. :P

Essence Stay All Day Long Lasting Eyeshadows in Glammy Goes To...

I used gold and coppery from inner corner up to the mid area of my eye lids then went with purples at the outer corners of my eyes.

The look is pretty easy to do. I just added a wing liner for a more fierce look to pair with my sort of but not really leather jacket (it's pretty cold in the office which is a YAY for me during summer).

So what do you think of this eye makeup? :)

EOTD: Honey Bronze

Hi guys!

Just sharing the eye makeup I wore today. I was in the mood for metallics but I wanted it simple because I'm just going to work (plus, our new uniforms are hideous and I wasn't really in the mood for colorful looks because of all the greyness in our uniform). :P And so I went with a warm gold-bronze combination sans the usual black liner.

See how simple it is? I think this look would be great for people who go to work or school that have little time to spare for makeup. It's a simple 5-minute look that's super easy to make!

Clio Gelpresso Waterproof Pencil Gel Liner in Gold Shine No. 12

I included the two products I used for my brows so all-in-all, I only used 6 products. Nice, right?

For the eyeshadows, I used the 3 shades on the left and the black one on the right. The colors are pretty easy to blend together and I simply made a gradient effect—light to dark from top to bottom.

So below are some closeup shots of my eye...

I added the black shadow to add a little "extra volume" effect on my lashes and then I added the gold eye liner under my lower lash line to brighten the look.

Simple and bright! 

I kept the rest of my makeup plain and simple with a peachy pink blush and a nude pink lipstick!

Clio Gelpresso Waterproof Pencil Gel Liner in Gold Shine

Hey loves!

Sharing a quick swatch post of one of the eyeliners I've recently bought...

Clio Gelpresso Waterproof Pencil Gel Liner in Gold Shine No. 12

I bought this at SM Mall of Asia department store for Php 475.00.

I just bought this so I could give it a try. I am a fan of their Kill Black Pen Eyeliner so I was hoping that their gel liner pencil would be equally impressive.

Anyway, let's see first what the product info says about the eyeliner:

Ooooh! It's available in different shades!

Packaging looks really classy. I love the black pencil with the labels colored according to the shade of the product.

The sharpener label doesn't mean that it has the literal sharpener we know. This pencil is a twist-up pencil and in order to get more product, you just twist the end a.k.a. the "sharpener" part.

When smudged

The colored stayed but there's a little smudging that happened. It's still okay for me since I plan on using this under my lower lash line. Check the photos below.

The effect just brightens the eyes. I already have a pink one from Holika Holika that I absolutely love. This one, I use when I want a warmer shimmer.

This is a really good product and I love the pigmentation... it's just that I'm not super impressed with this because the Jewel-Light Pencils from Holika Holika works just as good but is worth half the price of this one so if ever I want other colors, I'd go with the Holika ones. :P
