Etude House Skin Note Pore Tightening Hydrogel Mask

Hey guys!

Do you like using face masks?
I certainly do. I like to pamper my skin so I try as much as I can to keep my skin hydrated and firm and that is why I use different kinds of mask at least 2x a week (I'd use more but having a full-time job and night classes make me too tired when I get home).

One of the masks I used recently that I really liked is...

Etude House Skin Note Pore Tightening Hydrogel Mask
This is Php 148.00.

Let's get to know the product from the product info from the website:

Description:

Calming hydrogel mask infused with Aloe Vera and Glacial Water
• Calming hydrogel mask for the irritated skin

Calm and keep your skin from the environmental irritations with Aloe Vera enriched with hydration and Glacial Water with cooling power
• Super Gel Soft Sheet

- Firm elasticity and supple softness

- Highly moisturizing with freshness with enhanced hydration
- Longer lasting power of the ingredients’ efficacy
- Safe, skin friendly gel

What I first noticed when I opened this is that the product is gel-like—thicker than the masks I've used before but still a bit slippery. The sheet wasn't very thin so it doesn't get easily torn compared to many of the masks I've used. And it also managed to cover the entirety of my big face so yay!

I let it stay on my face until the sheet is almost dry. I guess it was around 20-30 minutes. I didn't have a hard time putting it on and letting it stay on my face. It holds really well. It also feels so good because it has a cooling sensation that is very refreshing!

When I took it off, my skin was incredibly softer and it feels firmer too! I just can't stop touching my face! I was very amazed! I guess it also somehow tightened my pores temporarily.

This is available in 5 variants (brightening, pore tightening, lifting, calming & relaxing, and deep moisturizing) but I think this one is the best for my skin type. I really like this and would love to purchase more. But this is something I wouldn't use often just because I find it pricey. I guess I'll save this for special occasions! :D

Have you tried Etude House's Skin Note Pore Tightening Hydrogel Mask yet? What about their other variants? Which is your favorite?

Cheers,
DAWN

  3. Price seems normal for gel masks. I still won't do it everyday, haha. Maybe on my birthday. Chos.
