LOL (Lots of Love) Glitter Eye Creme in Starry Night

Hey everyone!

Just sharing something I randomly bought.

I was at Watsons about a month ago and I saw an unfamiliar makeup line called LOL which means Lots of Love. Because I was curious about it (and it's so affordable), I just grabbed one of their products (the sparkliest of all, of course) just so I can try it out... yeah, I'm an impulsive buyer...

LOL (Lots of Love) Glitter Eye Creme in Starry Night

This palette is Php 139.00.

At the back of the packaging contains the ingredients list.

While checking the item, I just thought that maybe I'll do a glittery creative look or a makeup experiment that will have some use of this... I don't have very glittery makeup yet anyway... You know, trying to justify something that I want to buy. LOL

The color selections are the usual colors for glittery makeup—black and white and metallics.

It comes with a sponge applicator... which I find pretty useless. :P

So here's a closeup of the palette.

and swatches

It's kinda hard for me to transfer the pigments. It's a lot like glitter glue actually (the stuff for arts and crafts). It has pretty bad staying power because it will just slide off your lids. But I can still see myself using this in a makeup experiment but I will probably not apply this on the lids/eye area.

Well... ummm... obviously this isn't a good buy... Learned my lesson and try not to buy randomly again. But I am still willing to try some products from the brand. Maybe they have some other good stuff. :)

Anyway, I'm getting sleepy now. Been a long week! :P

Cheers,
DAWN

  2. Haha, I've seen this brand on another blog before but they also didn't find the product good! The texture is so chunky looking! Sorry that it's no good!

    1. Yes, it is chunky. :( Well, at least I learned my lesson. LOL No more randomly picking up stuff at the store just because they are sparkly. :P

  3. It's an interesting product but I don't think I'd let those glitter CHUNKS *slip* all over my eyes!

    1. Yeah. I don't think I'll be using this on my lid either. :P

  4. But sometimes it's just tempting, right? To just buy random stuff :P This usually happens to me online. Anyway, if you really like the really glittery ones, Shawill's very shimmery/glittery palettes are really really good. But I think I already saw that here, or not! Hahaha
