Klorane Mango Oil

Hello dears!

It's been a while since I got a haircut and I've been planning on getting one soon. There are just some things that's been happening that I had to postpone my plans. For now, I had to deal with my dry, frizzy, damaged ends with products to make them feel and look hydrated. I usually use leave-on conditioners or hair oils for that.

So when I went to Sydney to visit my sister, she recommended I try this...

Klorane Mango Oil

I bought it for AU $22.95.

At the back of the bottle, you'll see the product description as well as the directions for use:

Info from the website:
Nourishes and protects dry and sun-exposed hair
Leaves hair silky and radiant
Waterproof formula

No silicones, sulfates, parabens or sodium chloride

HOW TO USE
Spray dry or towel-dried hair. Can be used daily to repair dry, damaged hair or for protection before sun exposure.

Ingredients:
SD ALCOHOL 39-C, ISODECYL NEOPENTANOATE, ISODODECANE, ETHYLHEXYL METHOXYCINNAMATE, WATER, BHT, CITRAL, CITRONELLOL, COUMARIN, FRAGRANCE, GERANIOL, LIMONENE, LINALOOL, MANGIFERA INDICA (MANGO) SEED BUTTER.

I'm glad my sister recommended this because it works very well with my thin hair strands. The oil is very light that it doesn't drag my hair down. The finish doesn't make my hair look greasy as well. Check the before and after photos below for reference.

My hair with the product

I applied two sprays of the product and massaged it evenly on the ends of my hair. It reduced the frizz and made my hair shinier while still retaining its volume and softness.

It also smells amazing! You can really smell the sweet mango. Yummm!

To summarize, it keeps my hair soft, shiny, and pretty. I love that it's weightless and that it smells really good. I use it on the ends of my hair and can apply it on dry or towel dried hair. The price might be too much for some but since you only need one or two sprays, it will definitely last a long while.

All in all, I really like it!
So what do you think of the Klorane Mango Oil?

Cheers,
DAWN

Past Holiday's Clothes Haul

Hello guys,

Finally done with my exams! Since I can't really go out shopping to celebrate the end of my torture days, I'll just share with you the shopping I did for the holidays.

New shirt for the New Year from Lhasa

Knit wear finds in Landmark, perfect for the recent cold weather we've been having lately.

And a new super slim pants from Mango... haven't bought a pair of pants in years! This one was a particular fave find since it looks quite a lot like a liquid legging pants. Though I am still looking for a great pair of liquid leggings.

I REALLY want to go clothes shopping in Divisoria soon... or anywhere with great finds and good bargain cause I'm broke. I hope to be able to get some new clothes this year. Anyway, that's it for today. :)

Cheers,
LIZ

Trace's July Birthday Mini-Haul!

Trace writes: It's my 24th birthday yesterday! I'd like to share the measely stuff I've hauled (just a few, really - my mother bought more than me). I am actually disappointed with myself - I intend to get more. Haha.

Debenhams
(this is actually a gift from Tita Chona)

Mango
(is anyone aware of local online stores that sell cotton/polyester tank tops with fantastic funky prints just like this one? Let me know!)

Elianto
(coz I am determined to not bite my nails anymore!)

My family and I celebrated at Mall of Asia. We just had coffee @ UCC, checked out the year-end sales (totally underwhelming, sad sad sad), and dinner @ Fish & Co. BTW I did something horribly embarrassing (since my brother and sister wouldn't do it): I coerced our server to send over free dessert since it's my birthday. She obliged. And then I forced my mom, ninang and siblings to sing me a "Happy Birthday"!

Cheers,
Trace
