NIVEA VISAGE Q10 Collection

 Hey, lovely ladies! :)

We've mentioned before that we use quite a number of Nivea products and the number just keeps on increasing!

I'm currently using 2 of the products in their Q10 skin care collection!

Specifically,
The Nivea Visage Light Day Cream

and
Nivea Visage Q10 Plus Night Care

I don't really have wrinkle problems but these 50ml jars contain creams that really moisturize my skin. I really like it's scents too!

The only downside for me is it doesn't control the oil on my face much(no problem with the night cream since I only sleep anyway). Other than that, it meets all the criteria that is very important when I look for facial creams.

  • Moisturizing
  • Doesn't cause breakouts
  • Doesn't feel heavy on my skin
  • Scent
  • Within my budget
  • Probably some SPF

My mom commented a few days ago that my face looks smoother now (my mom rarely says things like that :P ) and I do notice that my dark spots from acne clears faster.

Oh! My sis also uses the Q10 Plus Eyecare. She's dealing with the wrinkles around her eyes caused by wearing contacts. :)

Curious to know more about Q10?
Here's an image containing some information about the products and the collection:

NIVEA Q10+ Anti-Wrinkle is available in leading supermarkets, department stores, drugstores and groceries at affordable prices: Light Day Care at Php 385.00; Night Care at Php 385.000; Eye Cream at Php 350.00 and Cleansing Milk at Php 200.00.

Can you blame us for loving Nivea products? Even the famous Duchess of Cambridge agrees!

What I Got on My Birthday: Accessories and Shoes!!!

 Hey Girls!

It's been almost two weeks since my birthday and I'm just sharing what I got as presents from loved ones!

Starting with the vintage accessories that my Tokwa girls (what i call my group of pretty friends in class) gave me! :D

 Bracelet with bag-shaped charms

 Earrings ♥

 Peacock Print Cocktail Ring

and a super girly headband! Haha! ♥

These girls sure know my taste in accessories. Their gift also comes with my favorite cake and a really awkward birthday song! :))

Love you, Tokwa girls! :P

The next round of accessories are from my mom. ♥

A pair of dangling earrings for my collection ♥

 A crystal bracelet

which comes with a ring as well. :D

And then I went shoe shopping with my sister. These shoes are, I guess, a part of my mom's birthday gift for me! Haha! We kinda bought a lot... But it's still sulit since my sis and I have the same shoe size. ♥

This one we bought from B Club

And the rest are from Mendrez. They were having a buy 1 take 1 promo so "Yay for 6 pairs!"

So happy with all the new stuff I got. ♥

Thanks a lot for all the gifts and also a THANK YOU to all those who remembered and greeted me. :D

♥♥♥

NOTD: Elf Nail Polish in Fire Coral

 Hey Girls!

Just sharing my NOTD!

Nail polish I used is Elf Nail Polish in Fire Coral and I added some black tips after. :)

Sort of looks like a ladybug if I add a line on the center and add some white dots... Maybe I'll do one just like that someday. :P

Might not be posting much this week because it's our finals week. Lots of deadlines to meet and long nights of studying for exams.

Will just leave you the most recent work I did. It's one of the plates I have to submit this week.

We had to do a realistic portrait mixed with abstract art. My inspiration is my classmate, Vireza. :P

Dawn gets her hair permed at Azta Salon Part 1

Hey, Lovely Ladies!

I've been planning to get my hair permed again since the time I chopped off my curls from my previous perm. My sis said I have more personality with permed hair kasi.

I was set to get my hair permed at Affascinante Salon. I really like how Ms. Weng handles her clients and the quality of her service. The curls of my hair were still visible after a year.

But my sis, Tracy, convinced me to try out Azta Salon in SM San Lazaro. She already tried their service and wanted me to try it out as well (plus, she also had an offer of having a free hair treatment if she convinced me to get my hair done there). So I went along with it since I'm such a sweet sister. Haha! :)

So yesterday, my sister and I went to Azta Salon is SM San Lazaro to get my hair permed. I met Rich Abella, their senior stylist. She was really nice, very accommodating and was there to take care of us the whole time we were there.

Here's some pictures of how our day went at Azta Salon:

Me waiting and saying goodbye to my natural wavy hair.

Shot of me before they put the chemicals on my hair. BTW, their shampoo smells so good! TeeHee :P

My sis getting nerdy as she waits for her turn. Haha! :))

 My hair drenched in chemicals.

Tracy decided to retouch the roots of her hair.

Look at all those tubes rolled up on my head!

 These are very heavy. LOL.

Tubes are now connected to the machine. I remember the Iron Man movie whenever I see this picture. :P

 Hair getting heated up!

Tracy getting her hair treatment.
And then here's what we look like after I get my perm and Tracy gets her hair retouched and treated:

My hair here is still a bit wet in this picture. Rich told me that the waves will still get bigger. Right now I'm instructed not to wash my hair so it's still kinda greasy and all. Haha!

I'll just update you in a few days. :)
