NOTD: ARTDECO Ceramic Nail Lacquer in 93 Ruby Cream

Hey guys!

Just sharing a short NOTD post!

I'm currently using a nail polish I bought a few weeks ago because it was on sale...

It's the  ARTDECO Ceramic Nail Lacquer in 93 Ruby Cream.

It's a neutral shade and it was on sale for only PhP 130.00 from its original price of Php 325.00. Considering how good the deal was and that it has a high probability that it would look good on my nails, I bought it without hesitation! Haha!

With only two coats, I get a pretty good solid color. It actually has a good color payoff with one coat alone but just to keep every nail even, I applied two.

It's actually a bit darker than I first imagined but it looks very sophisticated and I think it suits the cool and cloudy weather this -ber months.

So what do you think of this NOTD?

NOTD: Girl Stuff Nail Lacquer in Machiatto

Hey loves!

I found a new favorite nude nail polish from Girl Stuff! Check this out:

Super cute, right?

I just passed by Girl Stuff's stall when I bought some stuff at SM San Lazaro. I saw that they were on sale and I was able to get this polish for only PhP 100.00.

I wanted a nude nail polish so the sales assistant recommended this, Machiatto, along with the shade, Grace.

As you can see at the back of the bottle, you'll see that the polish is free from certain chemicals. During the first time I learned about this brand, I was briefed about it. Here's what I learned:

"Girlstuff is a brand of nail polish that doesn't have any harmful chemicals. It's so safe that kids and pregnant women can use it! These wouldn't turn your nails yellowish either!"

You can read more in my post about the brand and some of its products here.

Going back to the shade Machiatto, it's the pinkish nude color that I also like for my lipsticks. It compliments my skin pretty well!

It even looks good with my painting as the background! Haha! :P

It's the polish I wear when I travel because it looks good with any clothing. It's a go-to color when you just want clean and pretty nails.

What do you think of the Girl Stuff Nail Lacquer in Machiatto?
What's your favorite nude nail color?

NOTD: Girl Stuff Nail Lacquer in Grace

Hello loves!

Sharing my NOTD!

I actually just recently bought this shade from Girl Stuff. If you don't know this nail polish brand yet, then you should start getting familiar with it because it is a Pinoy brand that is made of high quality ingredients. The polishes are long-lasting and even if I haven't used them for a while, they don't easily dry in the bottle. These polishes don't turn my nails yellow either even if I apply the dark ones. So yeah, I really do like this brand.

Anyway, during the holiday season, Girl Stuff was on sale and I bought two shades from them for only PhP 100.00 each. One shade I bought was...

Girl Stuff Nail Lacquer in Grace

Normally, I wouldn't really pick this shade. I'm not into grey-mauve look. I think it's too pale for me and it might make my nails look dull or lifeless.

The reason why I bought this is because I was looking for a nice nude shade. I knew right away that the other shade I bought, which is Machiatto, will look great because it's close to the color I usually buy, but this shade was recommended by the SA. At first I wasn't sure because it is not something I would pick up. But the SA reassured me that it will look good. Since it was on sale, I just trusted her recommendation and bought a bottle. :P

Ingredients list and other details on the back

So I used the polish and this is how it looks like on my nails:

Apparently, it does look good! Don't you think so too?

It's not really nude but it's a cooler shade of neutral. I'm not sure if it will look good on every skin tone but I guess I can't really judge until one actually wears it just like in this particular case. I thought it wouldn't look good, but I think it's alright. It actually looks pretty classy when you see it in person. :)

Do you like this kind of shade as your nail polish?

NOTD: White Flowers on Pink

Hello beauties!

It's been a while since my last post. The first week of the new semester just passed and I did not hate it as much as I thought I would. LOL I thought that it would be hell because I enrolled for 3 subjects instead of the usual 2. ANYWAY, just gonna share this cute and girly FOTD for tonight!

Cutie, right????????

I did this in the office when my bosses were out... shhhh!

I bought these polishes with me. I already imagined this design before I headed out for work that day.

First I applied 2 coats of the CLIO Professional Nail Styler in S106.

With a dotter, I applied the CODE Professional in V900.

And for the center of the flowers and the leaves, I used Revlon Nail Art Expressionist in Monet Monet.

I tried to place the flowers on only half of each nail. I don't want to make my nails look overcrowded with flowers. Ha... ha... ha... :P

And that's it! That's my FOTD. :P
Super simple to do and it looks really pretty and nice. Some even asked me where I had my nail art made! So easy and it looks professionally made! Oh yeah!

So how do you like my NOTD? :)
