Pink Sugar Creamy Matte Lipstick in Girl Next Door

Hello dearies!

I always tell my friends to have at least one nude lipstick in your makeup kits. It's like your little black dress because you can never go wrong when you use a nude lippie, whether you're just shopping for groceries or attending a wedding!

The tricky part here is finding the right shade. Some nude lipsticks will make you look pale, while some do not compliment your skin and will just look grey.

So far I've seen some that works great for me and I think I like the pinkish nudes the best, but I also love wearing peachy nudes like this one...

Pink Sugar Creamy Matte Lipstick in Girl Next Door

I got this lipstick for free when I attended the Beauty Confidential event by BDJ and Project Vanity. It was included in the media kit that I was able to take home.

Here's the product info from the website:

HOW TO USE
1. Twist to dispense lipstick and apply evenly to lips.

Available in 17 shades for PhP 349.00 each.
More info on the packaging:

This is not my first matte lipstick from Pink Sugar. I also have the shade Sangria and I love it to bits because of it's wine color. Perfect for the Tita dates with friends.

I like the simplicity of the Pink Sugar packaging. I like the metallic silver with the clear bottom showing the shade you have and it has a black cap with the cute pink logo of the brand.

Girl Next Door is a nude shade that is in the warm, peachy side. It's also a bit lighter than can possibly appear a bit pale and that's why I pair it with either a natural glowing look or very dark, smokey eyes.

Here's what I look like with it on...

I like that it's still creamy and non-drying even though it is matte. It glides well on the lips so application is easy. It can last a long time on my lips until I eat and then I can just reapply again. Overall, it's another nice addition to my lippie collection from Pink Sugar!

If you like peachy nudes and think that this is a bit light for your liking, you can check out Girl Next Door from Pink Sugar's lipstick collection.
