Taco Bell Live Mas: The Gordita Supreme

Good evening ladies,

Last night I and my brother were fortunate enough to experience Taco Bell's Live Mas at it's Gateway branch.

Taco Bell, the world's leading taco food chain presents an irresistible offering that must not be missed: the Gordita Supreme.

The Gordita Supreme presents taco lovers with a tasty twist to their everyday favorite. This tasty treat is made with seasoned beef, fresh shredded lettuce, cool sour cream and diced tomatoes all cradled inside a warm pillowy flatbread.

The Taco Bell Gordita Supreme is available at Php 99.00 a la carte but for Php 149.00 you can mix it with nachos and a 16oz drink.

My brother had the really brilliant idea of stuffing the nachos inside the flatbread and make it a part of the taco. The crunch from the nachos adds another level into its Live Mas experience. I do encourage you to try it too.

There are other products which are offered for a limited time at your nearest Taco Bell stores which you might also want to try along with the Gordita Supreme. Learn more about the Gordita Supreme and their other delectable treats that you're sure to love by visiting their official website at www.tacobell.com.ph, or check out their official Facebook page at www.facebook.com/tacobellPHL, follow @TacoBellPHL on Twitter and Instagram, and check the official hashtag #TacoBellPHL across Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

Anyway, we went home hungry for more tacos and hence we got 4 hard shell tacos and 3 soft tacos.

So go visit your nearest Taco Bell store and get your Live Mas experience!

Cheers,
LIZ

"Pasalubong" Haul from Korea

Hello ladies,

My sister is currently taking up HRM at UST and last week she and her batch went to Korea for their international tour. Here are a few things she bought for us:

My sister focused a lot on skin care shopping while she was there and well, I can't really blame her, Korean skin care are one of the best and most affordable ones. She bought a lot of the Snail Face Masks there, like 30 pieces, so look forward for a review in the coming days.

One thing I told my sister to do was to ask for samples and giveaways, and well, see how many she got. I think she got more products from the giveaways than her actual purchases. Most are skin care and well, with this really dry weather (even if it should be cooler), I can't thank her enough.

Dawn asked for really hot ramyun and my sister bought a whole box. Maybe a lot of her friends here asked for the same thing. But Dawn and I are really excited to eat the choco-sandwiches in red. We're very much reminded of GD's choco-dish during their Happy Together appearance.

And what's an overseas trip without the usual trinkets of bottle openers, magnets and nail cutters, right?

So that's all there is to this pasalubong haul. Tell us which ones you want us to review or which ones have you already tried before and how was your experience using those products. :)

A little side note since we're in the subject of Korea,

Congratulations BIGBANG for winning Song and Artist of the Year at MAMA. :)

That's it.

Cheers,
LIZ

Soundbites Food and Music Festival Second Year

I love 90s and 2000s OPM music and I've always hoped that they get their second wind. But from time to time we get throwbacks like this and it just sends me to the moon.

Last night, Robinsons Malls together with Philippine Star and Jam 88.3, kick started the first of 6 concerts for this year's Soundbites Food and Music Festival Throwback. This is Robinsons Malls second time launching an event like this. Last year, they opened the festival with the iconic Side A, and this year, they treat us with smooth sound of South Border with a special performance from Mr. Luke Mejares.

The event was opened by Ms. Jessica Reynoso, a finalist in The Voice Philippines season 1 under Apl.de.ap's team.

Then we moved on to the main act. South Border opened with the feel good vibe of Rainbow. They then followed with their most memorable songs like Ikaw Nga, Love of My Life, Kahit Kailan, Wherever You Are, and Sa'yo. They also treated their fans with their own rendition of Eric Gadd's Do You Believe in Me and Bruno Mar's Treasure.

Happy reunion right?

What's a festival without food right? The night's dinner was provided by Akira, Teppanyaki All-You-Can

But don't fret. There are still more concerts to come and getting a free ticket is easy. All you have to do is dine in any of the Robinsons participating restaurants in the dates specified below and redeem your wrist tags. See below picture for the complete detail or visit

It's that simple. So for all you 90s and 2000s OPM fans, this is your chance to see your favorite band live. Catch them on their specified dates and Robinsons Malls. Hope this continues until the coming years.

Also, we'd like to thank the organizers for these cool giveaways

and for this amazing bag.

Cheers,
LIZ
