Almost every month, Althea has been introducing various skincare products for us to try. As a one-stop online shop for all thing K-beauty, it's just natural that they'll work on skincare products to achieve the flawless "Koreana skin" that we oh so envy! 

What I've liked so far from the different product exclusives they've released is the part where the products usually serve multiple purposes. There are cleansers that are also masks, toners that can also be a primer, and so on. So far, I have only but positive reviews for the ones I've tried and what's awesome is that Althea hasn't stopped from creating these innovative goods!

Living in the city can make one feel like time flies so fast. Specially when you're part of the workforce and you have to balance your work, relationships, errands, and other such responsibilities. I personally struggle to keep everything in order and at the same time find time to spoil myself with what I like and that includes giving my skin a bit more TLC! 

I try to get my hands on products that suit my skin's needs from the right cleanser to the serums that deal with my skin concerns. I have a handful of products that I use in a daily basis as well as products that I add to my routine like exfoliants and masks. There's so many to choose from that it can be intimidating when you're new to the world of skincare. Another set back is the time you invest in applying all these some people just don't have the extra time and patience for it. I know some who do want to improve their skin, but gave up midway and even I personally skip some steps once in a while.

BUT I DO HAVE GOOD NEWS to those fellow busy bees out there who also likes to pamper their skin...

Having acne-prone skin led me to use medications to clear up my skin. Currently I am using acids and so far it works well with my skin. My brother, on the other hand, has a worse condition when it comes to acne so his products are stronger and sometimes he even does oral medication to address his skincare problem. With all the products we use, whether it is topical or oral, it would be great if we have a cleanser with us that is mild and at the same time effective in cleaning our faces.

Just a month ago I introduced a product from Physiogel that helps sensitive skin get stronger. It's the Calming Relief range and Liz will post a review about one of the products from that range pretty soon.

I have oily skin but I do sometimes experience the dry, itchy feeling, especially when I use anti-acne and peeling products. With that said, I am interested in products like this since recently, I want to address my skin concerns more.

You can get the feeling that Physiogel's mission to fight sensitive skin is taken very seriously by the brand as they have already launched two skincare range to address that issue. One is more on calming the skin from redness and irritations while one is making sure that the moisture needed by our skin is retained and still safe for sensitive skin, and even making it stronger.

I will still have to test these claims and I'm lucky enough to try all three products from the range. These products are...

After reading these product press releases, I'm so curious to know how this will work on my skin. I do not have dry skin but I do have sensitive skin. Liz on the other hand has Seb Derm and I believe this range can help her a lot for daily maintenance. 

Good thing I was lucky to get one of their products from the new range! Weeeee!

I was able to get the Calming Relief Face Cream! We'll be using it for some time first and we will post our personal review of the product! We'll keep you posted once it's out! ;)

But for my initial assessment, I think the consistency is creamy but non-sticky and I like that there is barely any scent. It gives the vibe that this is not just something to keep you pretty but it actually keeps your skin healthy and strong.
