This shade is really cute because of the cool purple-pink shade. You'll see the swatch photos in a bit!

The color is a rich orchid shade—a beautiful mix of purple and pink. As mentioned in my other posts about the other NYX Butter Glosses, this product is a gloss that keeps the lips hydrated. It's non-sticky too so it's very comfortable to wear. It's the kind of lip gloss that I like. :D

I'm a fan of bold, matte, red lipsticks, but there are times where I like to make my look extra fun with a glossy finish. Here's a product that gives just that—red and glossy!

It's not the boldest red lipgloss that I have but this shade is simple and quite flirty! You'll see what I mean when you see the swatches later.

Here's the applicator. It holds enough product to cover both lips.

It's just a fun lippie and it doubles as a balm... sort of... well, it just never dried my lips. And I also don't get lipstick bleeds with this on. And the best thing about this is the sweet fragrance of this product! It smells sooooooo delicious (but it doesn't have any taste so you don't eat it off the lips, haha!).

I've already posted the darkest shade among the bunch (Devil's Food Cake) a week ago. So now I'll share the swatches of the lightest!

The shade is Peach Cobbler.

Judging by the packaging, I was scared that the color would be like a bold orange. But I was sooooo relieved when I finally opened it because it's not the color I expected. Phew!

The color I was worried about became something I love! Just look at the swatches below, the shade is peachy pink! :D

Excuse the brows. Haha! I realized I haven't blended it and used my browcara yet.

Anyway, I am LOVING this shade. I thought this color wasn't for me based on the strong orange color of the packaging... but it actually became a favorite among the bunch!

NYX Butter Gloss in Devil's Food Cake

Devil's Food Cake is just one shade from the 34 available shades of butter glosses from NYX.

It's my first butter gloss so just so we are clear, here's the info about the product from the labels...

So yeah... the labels are barely readable. I wish the designers of the product's packaging considered this. Oh well... So I'll just paste some info from the website instead:

I've been fond of wearing dark lippie shades lately so I really had to convince Liz to let me have this shade. Haha! And I'm glad that she let me have it. :P

The shade is dark but still very wearable. Check out the swatches below.

It made my lips look plumper and the gloss made my lips look healthier and... well, hydrated! The formula is not greasy nor sticky so I really like it. The pigmentation of the dark mulberry shade is pretty good and the smell is sooooo awesome. It really smells like pastry! Yum (it doesn't taste like that though... it's flavorless)! 

This is currently one of the lippies I often use nowadays while the whether is still cool here in the Philippines.
